Medicinal Cannabis

The use of cannabis (marijuana) for medical purposes was first documented in China in 2727 BC. Since that time marijuana has been used for the relief of symptoms from many illnesses, diseases and medical conditions. Health Canada permits marijuana use for approved patients who can demonstrate a medical need for compassionate end-of-life care or debilitating symptoms.
